Here is a great way to avoid the clutter of the Youtube interface. Subscribe to your favorites tags and users with the Safari 3 browser (Mac and Window). Use the following examples in the address line.
To subscribe to Videos with the tag car enter:
feed://www.youtube.com/rss/tag/car.rss
To subscribe to Videos with the tag car and truck enter:
feed://www.youtube.com/rss/tag/car+truck.rss
To subscribe to Videos from an individual user enter:
feed://www.youtube.com/rss/user/-the_users_name-/videos.rss
And since these feeds are subscriptions, they will update as more content is added.

Tip 7: Mouseless Form Entry on the Web

When entering a Web form use these shortcuts. Push the Tab key to move through the items. Shift+Tab keys to move backwards. Use the Up and Down Arrows keys to select items from a Menu List. Use the Spacebar to select Check Boxes and Radio Buttons. Press the Enter or Return keys to activate the Submit button
